Cher reveals 2014 Concert Tour.

Cher revealed on twitter that is is now OFFICIAL, in 2014 she will embark on a new tour, due to kick off in March.  Long time designer and pal Bob Mackie will work with Cher designing new outfits for the tour, creating unique never before seen costumes.

“Just heard BoB will Make costumes for “The Tour” Makes me so Unbelievably “Happy” ! Last Time Around, wouldn’t be ME…. without HIM”.

With the usual grueling tour schedule Cher also plans to do a satellite tour meaning she will stay in one hotel and fly out to all the gigs rather than travel by tour bus on the road.

A set list is in the works with Cher revealing deciding on the set list is “Pull my hair out time.  It’s hard to do new songs when you have to do all your old hits ! Its a delicate Balance”.

Cher announces tour on Today!

The “Goddess of Pop” revealed some exciting news Monday morning: She will be bringing her chart-topping sound to Rockefeller Plaza for a special performance on Sept. 23.

The performance, part of TODAY’s Toyota Concert Series, is scheduled for the day before the release of her upcoming album, “Closer to the Truth.”

In a TODAY exclusive, the legendary pop star chatted with Savannah Guthrie about not being a morning person, her life and career, revealing why she decided to embark on another chapter in her musical career with a fresh album and “Never Can Say Goodbye” tour To kick off early 2014.

Cher ROCKED Pride the Pride concert in New York City and was by far the most highly anticipated artist on the night, performing to legions of fans.

Cher and her stylist decided on a layered look for her performance wearing cream-coloured pants covered with mid-thigh pleated flaps.  Cher also wore a golden chain mail-like blouse over layers of thin fishnet undergarments.  She then topped it off with a cream studded short coat that she briefly donned on stage.  The singer also wore golden buckled ankle boots that didn’t expose a single toe.

Cher said during her performances, ‘I have had ups and downs in my career, and you guys have never left me,’.
