Cher’s Private Russian Gig

Cher has been talking a lot on twitter about her upcoming private mini concert to be held for a one-off private gig in Russia December 14th 2012 in Moscow.  Revealing that her set list has been compiled and will include classic hits including Believe and Turn Back Time.  Cher was given a list of songs that they loved and picked the set list from the list.  ”I’m going to rehearse for Russian show! “Go’n rehearse Russian show! Want 2 C set list ? Strong enough,All or Nothing,I found Some1,Beat goes on All I really want 2do,Shoop Shoop, Gypsies,Tramps & Thieves, Half Breed,Welcome 2 Burlesque,Take me home , Heart of stone,Turn back time & Believe ! 6 changes ( maybe 7) FYI”  This will be a great warm up for Cher’s 2013 World Tour and will be interesting to see if Cher also performs her new single Woman’s World.

Russian billionaires are accustomed to flying in superstars to perform for private parties.  Christina Aguilera, Elton John, Whitney Houston and Jennifer Lopez have all earned millions performing for mega rich business tycoons.

Womans World Leaked on Itunes

Billboard wrote that Cher’s Womans World would hit american radiostations on Monday and it would be leaked on itunes Tuesday. But that was wrong said Cher’s publicist and said it wouldn’t be able to buy it on itunes it’s only for online streaming. Now they changed it and now you are able to buy it, on itunes Thursday and it’s on the radio on monday as planned.

Cher has already stated on twitter.. “I’m pissed because it’s not the final version! The final version is SO MUCH BETTER! What a drag… I wouldn’t have picked that part! Bye bye” and also “It’s gone! Sorry! Since it was leaked, lovelies should have been able to hear it! I just heard the whole song on English site! Whoa! I’M OVER PISSED!”

Cher’s political campaign against Mitt Romney has continued with full force, this time with her friend Kathy Griffin by her side.  Cher and Kathy Griffin have released a campaign video accusing Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney of wanting to turn back time on women’s rights and supporting Richard Mourdock.  “Actually Mitt, we won’t be joining you,” said Cher, “because there’s a lot at stake at this election, especially for women and people who like women and respect them.”  Cher continues with “Honestly, this is sick stuff,” and then continued to attack Mourdock for his views on rape as well as Missouri senatorial candidate Todd Akin.

While  the majority of American’s are placing emphasis on who will be best to manage the economy, create jobs and protect and prosper the nation, Cher continues to concentrate on Romney’s stance on woman’s issues and the issue of visitation rights of rapists.   Cher is trying desperately to reach out to woman and persuade them to vote for Obama with a recent poll indicating that women’s enthusiasm for Obama as president has slipped this year, making his road to re-election more difficult.   As the election nears, Mr. Romney has been playing down social issues and trying to project a more moderate stance on matters such as abortion in an effort to court female voters. The AP-GfK poll, taken Friday through Tuesday, shows Mr. Romney pulling even with Mr. Obama among women at 47-47 after lagging by 16 points a month earlier.

Cher hints at New Album 2 CD Release

Cher revealed on twitter that fans may get more than they bargained for with her upcoming new album to be a 2 CD Release.  Asked on twitter “Do you see your CD having two disks – one with bonus tracks and remixes like most people do now?”, Cher answered with an exciting YES-

Given that Cher’s new album will mainly consist of dance themed music there is a good chance that a number of the songs will have accompanying remixes included in a deluxe version along with bonus songs.  It seems Cher’s recording process has been going on forever and the diva will not be short of songs to include.  I am sure she may decide to keep a few gems in her vault in case she ever wanted to release a hidden gems CD in the future from her collection of recorded but never released songs.

With the much anticipated worldwide release of Cher’s next studio album the guys at Warner Bros won’t hold back and this CD is bound to skyrocket in the charts and not let fans down.

Cher to appear on X factor UK Final

Cher is set to make an appearance on the UK’s X Factor final and sprinkle her magic stardust on the show.  After Ella Henderson’s awesome remake of CHER’s monster hit Believe, Simon Cowell was quick to sign Cher up to the show and she will perform Woman’s World and be joined by The Killers, who will perform a mini rock concert in the second part of the December 9 X Factor final.

According to a source at the X Factor  “It’s an X Factor tradition to get great names for the final and Simon was determined to pull out all the stops. Fans won’t be disappointed.”  ”Cher is a legend and The Killers are massive. Everyone’s thrilled. There’s something for all musical tastes.”  Cher may even decide to do a duet with Ella Henderson and use the appearance to actively promote her new album.

Kathy And Cher Share Some Fun

Cher was joined by friend Kathy Griffin for a girlie few hours consisting of gossip, food and dressing-up!

 Cher revealed just hours ago that friend and comedienne Griffin was at her home when she jokingly tweeted, "OK I'm sitting here looking at Kathleen! We were going to have a sleepover but she just informed me that her dogs are more important than Me!"

 She further joked, "The b**ch is now demanding that I do her make-up and put wig on her! I can't catch my breath - laughing so hard!"

Cher confirms New World tour

Cher has thrilled fans by announcing plans for her first tour in six years on twitter.

The Believe singer last hit the road from 2002 to 2005 on her Living Proof: The Farewell Tour, which she insisted would be her final trek.

At the time, she joked she was too old to tour again, saying, “I’m approaching 80 and if I did that thing everyone does, come back in five years, I’d be driving around in one of those carts you know, the ones with the joysticks you see in Costco.”

However, the star went on to perform a 200-show residency in Las Vegas from 2008 until 2011, and has now told fans she will kick off a new tour in September.

In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, Cher reveals she has just seen the sets for her new show, she writes, “Oh my God!! Just saw the sets 4 (for) the show!!! I cant show u (you) cause (sic) you’d never 4give (forgive) me! There’s so much magic I am breathless!

“No [expletive] I’m shaking! The whole set/look changes 4 (for) every song! I mean completing changes! Tour starts in Sept! First dates Kansas.”

Cher has also been recording her first studio album since 2001′s Living Proof and the record is due for release later this year.

It was a rumor spread on Twitter that Cher should be dead It's 100% fake and i dont know where it did start and Cher lives in her home in malibu

Cher 2012 Tour and Album released!!!!

Superstar Cher is set to seal her pop comeback this year (12) with a new tour and her first album in more than a decade.

The Believe hitmaker's last record Living Proof was released in 2001, and she declared Living Proof: The Farewell Tour would be her last trek.

She later signed up for a three-year Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum theatre, and last year (11) she revealed she was working on a new album.

The as-yet-untitled record is set to hit shelves this year (12), and Cher has thrilled fans by revealing she wants to accompany the release with a tour.

When asked by a follower on Twitter.com if her new album is finished yet, she replied, "God no, but it will b (sic) out this year, maybe to coincide with (X (cross) Our Fingers) Tour?!"
